  • What are the terms and conditions to use Pixapp?
  • How do I update my profile information (username, country setting, phone number and email address)?

    Due to account verification control, we restrict certain profile edits to prevent fraudulent accounts.

    If you wish to change your information due to inaccurate submission, please submit a request with the required change and your Pixapp username to ask@pixapp.com

  • How do I verify my account?

    An automated e-mail is sent to your registered e-mail address within a few minutes after you've signed up on the app. Please check your e-mail inbox and click on the verification link to verify your account

    If you do not see the e-mail in your Inbox, do check your Spam folder or Junk mail.

    Don't forget to set Pixapp as a safe sender to receive important updates, notifications, promotions and special deals.

  • I did not receive a verification email. What do I do?

    Please ensure you have provided an accurate email address on the App. If Yes, check your Spam folder or Junk mail as well. As the verification email is automated, it may have been mistakenly categorized by the ISP. Don't forget to mark Pixapp as a safe sender to avoid mislooking any important emails.

    If you have completed the steps above but did not receive a verification email in the email address you provided within 15 minutes from registration, please follow these steps:

    • Go to the App's Profile page
    • Tap on the Settings icon on the top right of the Profile page
    • Click 'Resend Verification Email' beside your email address

    If you have completed all the above and have provided an accurate email address but still did not receive your verification email, please contact our Customer Service representative at ask@pixapp.com for a manual verification.

  • Why do I need to verify my email?

    We require all users to verify their accounts and e-mails to avoid fraudulent accounts and spammers. You can still browse and upload on the app but your uploads will not be visible to others until your account is verified.

  • Why do I need to verify my phone number?

    We require all users to verify their accounts to avoid fraudulent accounts and spammers so we can ensure a safe community on Pixapp.

  • I did not receive a verification code on my telephone number. What do I do?

    If you did not receive a verification code, please check if you have keyed in the right phone number, with country code in front. If the problem persists, please contact us.

  • I forgot my password. What do I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot Password?' below the password bar on the Login screen. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

    If you have previously registered on Pixapp with an inaccurate email address or if you can not access your registered email address, you can still recover your account by sending in a request to ask@pixapp.com Howver, please note that we are unable to recover your account if we can not verify your identity.

    If you've previously linked your Instagram and Facebook accounts, you can login using your Instagram and Facebook accounts in the log in page.

  • I forgot my username. What do I do?

    If you have forgotten your username, you can reset your account by clicking on 'Forgot?' below the password bar on the Login screen. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

    If you have previously registered on Pixapp with an inaccurate email address or if you can not access your registered email address, you can still recover your account by sending in a request to ask@pixapp.com. Howver, please note that we are unable to recover your account if we can not verify your identity.

    If you've previously linked your Instagram and Facebook accounts, you can login using your Instagram and Facebook accounts in the log in page.

  • How do I find people I know to follow?

    To find people that you know on Pixapp, you can connect your contacts by:

    1. Go to Feed and tap the Add Friends icon on the top left.
    2. Tap Link Facebook and Link Instagram to find your friends from Facebook and Instagram or tap Find Contact to find your friends from your phone's contact list.
    3. Tap Follow next to the people you'd like to follow.
  • How do I find people I might like to follow?

    You can browse and discover other artists, designers and photographers within the Pixapp community by:

    1. Checking out Featured Works on Home page
    2. Discovering recent designs on Feed
    3. Searching for users, hashtags, products or categories from the Search toolbar on Home page
  • How do I search on Pixapp?

    Open Pixapp and fill in your search in the Search tool bar on the Home page.

  • How do I link my Pixapp account to my social network accounts?

    You can link your Facebook or Instagram accounts on Pixapp to import images

    1. Go to your profile and tap Settings in the top right.
    2. Scroll down and tap Link Accounts.
    3. Tap on the social network you wish to link and enter your login info.
  • How do I disconnect linked social network accounts?

    To disconnect linked social network accounts:

    1. Go to your profile and tap Settings in the top right.
    2. Scroll down and tap Link Accounts.
    3. Tap the linked social network you want to unlink and tap Unlink.
  • How do I set my profile to private?

    By default, your profile is set to Public to promote visibility of your designs. We recommend setting your profile to Public to enable all users to view, like, comment and purchase your work. Once you set your profile private, only your approved followers are able to interact with you or purchase your designs.

    If you still wish to privatise your profile, you can do so by tapping on Private Account in Edit Profile under Profile page.

  • How do I approve a follower request?

    If your account is set to private, anyone who wants to see your designs or buy your products will have to send you a follower request first.

    You can check your Follow Requests by:

    1. Go to Feed page
    2. Tap on the Alert (bell icon) on the top right

    To approve or deny a request, tap the username of the person who requested to follow you. You'll be taken to their profile. Tap to approve the request or to deny the request.

    If you accidentally deny a follow request, the user will have to request to follow you again.

  • What can I do if my account has been disabled?

    If your account has been disabled, you will not be able to use Pixapp or login to Pixapp. Accounts are automatically disabled if they violate our Terms and Community Guidelines. Banning of accounts may be done so without warning after getting flagged by community members on the app.

    If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you may recover your account by contacting us at ask@pixapp.com. Please include your username with your request. Our team will investigate the matter and may take steps to verify your account and identity again.

  • How do I report a design or profile that violates Pixapp's Terms and Community Guidelines?

    You can report stolen content, intellectual property violations, spam or anything else that doesn't follow our Terms and Community Guidelines.

    To flag a report a design or profile:

    1. Tap on More icon on top right of the post or the User profile.
    2. Tap Flag as Inappropriate.

    Copyrighted content to intellectual property is an offense and governed by international law. Therefore, any copyrighted content that does not belong to its owner on Pixapp may be removed and banned by Pixapp at anytime without prior notice. If this happens and you think we made a mistake, please contact us at ask@pixapp.com

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    We accept credit and debit card payments through Paypal.

  • Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase?

    No, you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment through Paypal. However, you will need a valid credit or debit card.

  • I am having problems making payment through Paypal. What do I do?

    Please check if your card has available funds or if you have entered all your card details correctly. You may also need to call your card's bank provider to ensure that your card is valid for international and online transactions. If the problem still persists, you can also contact Paypal's help center here

  • Paypal does not support my country. What can I do?

    Unfortunately, at the moment we are only able to accept payment methods and payments from countries that are supported by Paypal.

  • Why am I being charged USD$1 by Paypal?

    Paypal charges USD$1 to verify the validity of your card. The amount is automatically refunded within several days. For more details, you can visit Paypal's help centre here

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    After order placement, your card will be charged once the order is completed and successful.

  • What are the terms and conditions to use a coupon code?
  • How do I use a coupon code from an Influencer?
  • Is my payment secure?

    Yes, your security and payment details are 100% secured. Paypal uses the latest SSL and encryption security technology to ensure all payments are protected and secured. Your card information is never stored. For more details, please visit Paypal here

  • Is Pixapp available in my local currency?

    Pixapp is available internationally and support major currencies. To shop in your local currency, please make sure you have selected your Country location accurately when you set up your profile.

    Pixapp currently supports these currencies:

  • I have completed payment. Why have I not receive an order number?

    In this case, please double check your e-mail address to ensure it is correct. Check your Inbox or Spam folder and Junk mail if your e-mail address is correct. If you still haven't received your order number, you can still find it by logging into your Pixapp account and go to 'My Orders' to locate your order information.

    If your e-mail address is incorrect or you did not receive the confirmation e-mail in your Inbox, Spam or Junk although your e-mail is correct, please contact us at ask@pixapp.com. You can log into your Pixapp account and go to 'My Orders' to locate your order information.

  • I can't pay. My card keeps getting declined. What do I do?

    Our payment processor communicates directly with your bank. If your card is getting declined, please double check all your card information to ensure the information is correct. If this does not work, please contact your card's bank provider immediately or try using a different card.

  • What is your return policy?

    We make each and every item with lots of love, care and precision. Your satisfaction is utmost important to us!

    If you are not happy with a purchase, we are here to lift that frown upside down. We will gladly replace any item that is returned to us within 30 days from the date you've received the package.

    Please contact us directly for an order return form which you will need to fill up for us to process returns.

    Please note that we can only replace the order with an item of the same value or for an exchange of another of the same value. We are not responsile for any consumer-generated damages, order mistakes, errors, imaging issues, poor image quality, order quantity or any other typos or errors related to orders. We are also not liable for return shipping costs but we will gladly replace your order including shipping once the product had been returned to us in its original form.

  • My order is defected. What do I do?

    We make each and every item with lots of love, care and precision. Your satisfaction is utmost important to us!

    However, anomalies happen and shall your order received is defective, damanged or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item within 30 days from your date of purchase. Please contact us immediately via email to ask@pixapp.com with photos of the damanged, defective or incorrect order and highlight the problems with it including your full name, order number and registered e-mail address on Pixapp.

    Please note that we can only replace the order with the same item. We are not responsile for any consumer-generated damages, order mistakes, errors, imaging issues, poor image quality, order quantity or any other typos or errors related to orders. We are also not liable for return shipping costs but we will gladly replace your order including shipping once the product had been returned to us in its original form.

  • Can I cancel an order that was already placed?

    Unfortunately, all confirmed orders are directly sent to our production facility at point of purchase. Therefore, an order that has already been confirmed and placed can not be cancelled or modified. For more information, please read our Terms here

  • Why can't I add multiple items to cart?

    At the moment, our facility packages and ships each and every product separately to ensure each item is wrapped, sealed and packed in its safest, most durable method. As many of our products are fragile, we ensure safe delivery of the products in its pristine condition by careful single-packaging. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • Can I change an order after it has been placed?

    Unfortunately, all confirmed orders are directly sent to our production facility at point of purchase. Therefore, an order that has already been confirmed and placed can not be cancelled or modified. For more information, please read our Terms here

    If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at ask@pixapp.com

    We process all orders within a few hours. Therefore, we can not guarantee that we are able to change the shipping address if the product has left our facility. However, you are still able to track the package via an automated e-mail that is sent to your registered e-mail address. Please contact the courier service provider to update your delivery address.

    Always remember to double check your shipping address and all delivery details before confirming and placing your order to avoid order complications.

  • I am missing items from my order. What do I do?

    Some products are shipped from different facilities and hence, may be split into separate packages. Your missing item(s) may still be on its way to you. Please check your e-mail and tracking number for your packages to locate the order.

    However, if you had only received one e-mail with one tracking number of the package you have received that does not contain all your orders, please let us know immediately at ask@pixapp.com

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, please refer to below for the list of countries that Pixapp ships to.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver to most countries including Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegowina, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, Gibraltar, Guatemala, India, Iran, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Democratic People`s Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Norway, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, United States minor outlying islands, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Yugoslavia.

  • How much is shipping?

    You can find out shipping costs to your country or delivery location by checking out at cart.

    You do not need to enter your billing information or confirm your order - just enter your shipping address and proceed to the next section to view or select the shipping options and prices.

  • How long will delivery take?

    Each and every item is assembled by hand and thoroughly controlled to ensure that your order is in pristine condition.

    The turnaround times vary according to countries. Our standard shipping takes 5-20 working days on average to arrive to you. You can track your package via the tracking number that is sent to you via e-mail once your package is shipped.

    Please note that working/business days do not include weekends and public holidays. If you do not receive your order within 25 working days, please get in touch with us at ask@pixapp.com

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes. Our courier service providers only deliver all packages from door-to-door by hand.

  • Do I need to pay customs fee?

    Customs fee and taxes are imposed by your local government and borne by the customer. Please check with your local government to confirm if you need to pay a customs fee upon reception of your package.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

    Yes, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to your registered e-mail address on Pixapp. If you do not see the e-mail in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder or Junk Mail.

    If you still do not receive the order confirmation, you can check your order details by logging into Pixapp and go to 'My Orders' in-app to ensure your order was successfully placed. If you see your placed order under 'My Orders' but still have not received the confirmation email although your email address is correct, please write in to us at ask@pixapp.com

  • Where do I find my tracking number after the product is shipped?

    An e-mail containing the tracking number will be dispatched to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.

    Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated on our courier’s website. Please note that Standard Shipping may or may not have a tracking number.

  • Can I leave a review for a Seller?

    Yes. You can leave a review for a Seller after you've received your order by tapping on 'Order Received'. Once you see a 'Review' button, you can write a review and submit it.

  • Can I change a review after it is posted?

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to change or modify a review once it has been posted. Please leave a feedback with careful thought.

  • What happens to the rights of my work? Do I still own the rights to my content?

    Yes. Your work is 100% copyright protected and owned solely by you.

    Pixapp is not authorized in any way whatsoever to distribute your intellectual property to any third parties. Nevertheless, Pixapp is authorized to share your uploaded content on the App only for sole promotional purposes of your content, profile or store on Pixapp.

  • How do I start selling on Pixapp?

  • Who can sell on Pixapp?

    You and basically anyone with original visual content. We only require the seller to be verified upon registration. You can create your own product line as soon as your account has been verified.

  • Should I sell my work?

    Sure, why not? Creating art takes time. If you have had positive feedback by anyone, there is definitely potential to grow your skills into a full-fledged business.

    Depending on your preference, you could choose to sell your work just to meet your fans' demands whereby you can set a lower selling price. If you're aiming to earn a higher profit, sure- you can set a higher selling price then.

    You could also create a product line for a unique purpose such as raising funds for charity or to support a cause.

  • Do I have to pay a fee to sell on Pixapp?

    No, not at all. Our print on-demand services are completely free of charge to the Artist/Seller. We do not hold any inventory and only produce once an order is placed, hence enabling us to provide our artist platform and printing services for you at no risk and no upfront costs.

  • What types of products do you have?

    Right now, our product range include T-shirts, Mugs, Magnets, Coasters, Desktop Plaques, Phone Cases and several types of prints such as Metal Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Poster Prints.

    We are always expanding our range of products and would love to hear your suggestions. Feel free to tell us what you want to see on Pixapp via email at ask@pixapp.com

  • How does the pricing system work?

    There is a base price for each product that is equivalent to the minimum selling price that you can set as a Seller. The base price is the cost price for raw materials, production and labor costs of the product to the customer. To earn a profit, you can set your selling prices by adjusting the sliders based on price tiers.

    Pixapp will only take a small 10% service fee from your mark up to cover end-to-end fulfillment of the order.

    You can track all your sales and profits from your Seller Dashboard under your Profile page in-app.

  • What happens when a customer redeems a discount?

    When a customer redeems a discount, the discount value is borne by Pixapp and the Seller. What that means is that the base price and your profit margins are separately affected accordingly based on the discount value.

    So for example, a customer redeems a 10% discount voucher for Item A.

    Item A's base price is $10 and you have marked it up by $20 hence setting the selling price at $30.

    The customer will pay $27 for Item A after redeeming 10% discount ($3).

    In this case, the distribution of the customer's $3 discount redemption will be:

    10% from $20 (base price, borne by Pixapp) + 10% from $10 (profit mark up, borne by Seller) = $2 (discount borne by Pixapp) + $1 (discount borne by Seller)

  • How much should I sell my products?

    You can set your selling prices as you like. If you are not sure, you can proceed with our recommended selling price as auto-selected after you have selected which products to sell.

    We definitely recommend setting lower, affordable prices if you do not mind gaining a lower profit share especially at the beginning launch stages of your brand. This is to attract customers even more. You can easily edit your selling prices later on once you have built a following.

  • Do my customers pay the in the same currency for my products?

    Not necessarily. Pixapp supports 14 major currencies and the price currency that the customer sees depends on the location of the customer. Your set prices are automatically shown in the customer's local currency (if applicable). Otherwise, the default currency on Pixapp is USD.

  • How do I get paid?

    You will need a verified Paypal account to receive your profit payments. Your Paypal account will be linked to your debit or credit card and the amount will be directly deposited into your bank account.

    To request a payout, you can visit your Seller Dashboard and tap on 'Request Payout'. You will then be redirected to sign into Paypal to complete the payment withdrawal process.

  • What currency do I get paid in?

    You will get paid in your local currency if available. Please ensure you have selected your correct Country location as this is not amendable once you have accumulated profits in your Pixapp account.

  • When do I get paid?

    You will receive your profit payments within 20 working days from the date of your withdrawal request. At soonest, you shall receive your earnings within 5 working days. Only earnings from all shipped and completed sales order will be tallied into the payment payout.

    We seek your kind patience and understanding for the turnover time. Please contact us immediately at ask@pixapp.com if you do not receive your payments within 25 working days.

  • How much do I need to make before I get paid?

    To withdraw your earnings, there is a minimum payment threshold that you need to accumulate in order to Request Payout. This minimum payment threshold is to regulate and standardise payment processes to the Sellers.

    The currency in which Sellers are paid depends on the country of residence of the Sellers as pre-selected by the Seller upon creating a profile. Please ensure you select the correct Country as you will not be able to change your Country location once you have accumulated earnings in your account.

    The Minimum Payment Threshold by payment currencies are set as below:

  • How do I view a record of my sales and payments?
    1. Go to ‘Profile’ and click on the ‘Chart’ icon on top left

    OR

    1. Go to ‘Profile’ and click on the ‘Tool’ icon on top right. Scroll down and click on ‘Seller Dashboard’
    2. Click on ‘Calendar’ icon on top right to filter reports by the month.
  • What format does the image need to be in?

    Your upload should satisfy the following criteria:

    • Minimum dimensions: 200 x 200 px
    • Recommended resolution: 300 DPI
    • Minimum resolution: 72 DPI

    Depending on the quality of the image, only suitable products with a lower minimum requirement will be available for selection to sell. The higher the quality of the image, the better and the more available options.

  • Can I buy my own products?

    Yes, of course. Pixapp can also be a platform for you to create customised and personalised gifts for yourself or a cherished loved one.

    Simply select the item that you wish to purchase after you have uploaded them and 'Add To Cart' or 'Checkout' directly.

  • Can I modify the design after creating it?

    No, you are not able to modify the design. However, you can delete the design and upload a new one.

  • Can I modify the products selected and the selling price of products after creating it?

    Yes, you can modify the products listed for sale such as the Name, Description and Hashtags. You can also change the selling prices for each product per design. To do so, select the design and tap 'Edit' > 'Edit Merchandise'. Don't forget to save after you have made your amendments to reflect the changes.

  • Can I save my design so I can work on it later?

    Unfortunately, no. Please complete and submit your design for sale before you close the app.

  • Should I promote my products?

    If you wish to maximise your reach, then yes, definitely. You can share your profile URL by heading to your Profile page > tap on the Dotted icon on the top right > Share Profile and copy URL.

  • How to get featured on our social media platform?

    Our features on social media are carefully curated by a social media team. For a better chance of getting featured, stay active on the app and upload a higher quantity of your best work to get noticed by a curator.

  • How to get featured on the App homepage?

    Homepage features in-app are carefully curated by both a team and an algorithm. To increase your chances of getting featured and detected by the algorithm, stay active and upload at least 15-20 designs in-app. High activity such as active interaction in-app with other users will also increase your chances of getting detected by the algorithm. However, your uploads will only be featured if they adhere to our Community Guidelines and after review by a team.

  • What is intellectual property?

    Intellectual property rights protect content owners from the unauthorized usage of their original content by others.

    We do not support or allow unoriginal, stolen or unauthorized usage of content to be uploaded on Pixapp and we take copyright issues very seriously. Shall your content, design or image is found to violate an IP right of another, we may remove and take down any of the related content or your profile without prior notice.

  • What are some examples of protected material?

    You may be subjected to infringement if you use protected intellectual property or materials, including but not limited to brand logos, sport teams, music labels, films and so on. However, as Pixapp is the front-facing platform, we are authorised to remove or ban any related design or profile at our discretion without prior notice to the Seller.

  • How do I report a Trademark infringement?

    You can flag a design or a user by clicking on the 3-dot icon on the top right of the page. A team will review the design or profile and may take necessary actions at our discretion without prior notice to the user.

  • Why is my account banned?

    A few of reasons why your account may have been banned include:

    1. You were reported and found to be using content that do not belong to you.
    2. You were reported as a Spammer.
    3. You were not adhering to our Terms and Community Guidelines.
    4. You were self-promoting or advertising a third party or another product(s) that is not exclusive to or by Pixapp.
